Customer care is poor no body replies to emails or share update or does follow up. Next AGM or members meeting we will have to raise this and ensure people are accountable.

Unable to self-register. You complete the process and it finally says service not available.

I have tried hundred times but did not manage to self-register. What could be the problem? I have send UNSACCO several e-mails on this but no response at all, frustrating!10 months ago
