Mr. James Ouka

Mr. James Ouka is the current UN SACCO Board Chairperson.

He is a Safety and Security expert with proficiency in Security, Safety, Investigations, and Intelligence Analysis. He has over 26 years’ worth of experience in the security sector both with the host country government and the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS).

He has previously served as a Vice Chairperson and Honorary Secretary to the UN SACCO Board.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Criminology and Security Studies from Mount Kenya University and currently pursuing Master of Science Degree in Governance, Peace and Security Studies at Africa Nazarene University.
